-Be heard. We commit to making your issues count. You can expect complaints/problems/concerns to be resolved within 24 business hours, whenever possible. We are firm believers that we can not change what we do not know; we welcome comments or suggestions.
-Expect phone calls to be returned as quick as possible.
-Be informed. We guarantee to keep you informed about service delays or anything else you need to know regarding the cleaning service.
-To perform as much as possible within the time limits requested to us at each appointment.
