Because of the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the precautions our company has been implementing to help keep you and our employees safe and well. Now more than ever, keeping your home cleaned and sanitized is essential.

These are truly uncharted times and we’re learning right alongside you as we navigate COVID-19 together. We are proud of the swift decisions we are making, and we will always do what’s best for our customers and staff. Because of these challenging times, we have implemented the following protocols.

Precautions we are taking:

We will under no circumstance allow an employee that is sick or has any flu-like symptoms to come to work. You should also know that none of our employees traveled recently or interact in social gatherings.

Our cleaning technicians will sanitize hands prior to entering your home.

They will also wash their hands once in your home, and wash hands prior to leaving your home.

Technicians will disinfect the things they touch before entering your home (mop handles, vacuum handles, totes, etc.)

As it has always been, towels are cleaned and sanitized daily. Each home receives a new set of sanitized towels and soiled towels never come in contact with freshly sanitized towels.

Our vacuums were selected due to their HEPA filtration process. Our bagged vacuums with HEPA filtration trap particles as small as 0.3 microns.

While in your home we will pay special attention to disinfecting often-touched surfaces throughout your home.

Here’s what we need from you:

Let us know what you need. Call the office with any other requests.

Canceling if sick. Please cancel your cleaning appointment if you or a family member is experiencing flu-like symptoms,  traveled recently, or has tested positive for COVID-19. Open communication and transparency will keep service appointments moving smoothly.

Pause service if necessary. We will gladly save your spot and freeze your price for up to 60 days.

Keep your distance. To protect you and your technician, we ask that you remain 6 feet away from each other.

We want to assure you all that we are taking this seriously. Monitoring updates and using our best judgment. We will keep you updated along the way and ask that you do the same; please do feel free to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or requests.

Furthermore, we want to assure you that Magic Assistants has politely declined all requests coming in that suggested or inquired into cleaning services for potential COVID-19 concerns. Our top priority as mentioned is keeping our staff and clients of many years safe and healthy.
